Welcome to our Bowflex 840 Kettlebell video series. Here we will help by showing you the correct form and give you examples of specific kettlebell movements. The Sumo Deadlift: Start with the kettlebell between your feet, in a wide stance. Hinge your hips back, bend your knees and press your thighs outward. Maintaining a straight spine and firm core, drive your feet into the ground, extending your hips and finishing tall and upright. With control, return to your starting position.
