Bowflex® 840 Kettlebell | DOUBLE KB SUITCASE SQUAT


Welcome to our Bowflex 840 Kettlebell video series. Here we will help by showing you the correct form and give you examples of specific kettlebell movements. Double KB Suitcase Squat: Start with your feet hip distance apart and the kettlebells placed on the outside of both feet. Maintaining an upright spine, drive your hips back and squat down to grab the bell. Drive your feet into the ground, extend your legs and arrive in an upright position. Squat back down to your starting position and repeat.
