Bowflex 840 Kettlebell | SUITCASE SQUAT


Welcome to our Bowflex 840 Kettlebell video series. Here we will help by showing you the correct form and give you examples of specific kettlebell movements. The Suitcase Squat: Start with your feet hip distance apart and the kettlebell placed on the outside of one foot. Maintaining an upright spine, drive your hips back and squat down to grab the bell. Without bending to the side, extend your legs and arrive tall and upright. Squat back down to your starting position and repeat.
