Bowflex® 840 Kettlebell | CLEAN - LEVEL 1
Welcome to our Bowflex 840 Kettlebell video series. Here we will help by showing you the correct form and give you examples of specific kettlebell movements. The Level 1 Clean: Start with the kettlebell between your feet, shoulder distance apart. Maintaining a straight spine, hinge your hips back and bend your knees, arriving in a ‘tabletop’ position. Drive your feet into the ground, extend your body dynamically and pull your elbows down to your side arriving in an upright position with the bell at your chest. Slide the bell down the front of your body as your return to your starting position.
