Bowflex® 840 Kettlebell | OVERHEAD PRESS


Welcome to our Bowflex 840 Kettlebell video series. Here we will help by showing you the correct form and give you examples of specific kettlebell movements. The Overhead Press: Start with the kettlebell in both hands at chest height with your elbows by your side. Maintaining a straight spine, press the kettlebell up overhead. Keep elbows in as you pull the kettlebell back down to your chest and return to your starting position.
