Bowflex® 840 Kettlebell | GORILLA ROW


Welcome to our Bowflex 840 Kettlebell video series. Here we will help by showing you the correct form and give you examples of specific kettlebell movements. Gorilla Row: Start with kettlebells in a ‘railroad’ position between your feet, in a wide stance, with your body in a ‘tabletop’ position. Maintaining a straight spine and firm core pull the right kettlebell up and back as you push the left into the floor. Alternate this push & pull motion for multiple reps before returning to your starting position.
