At the rear side of the Bapa WaterBag is an opening with a twist cap to fill it with water. Put it in the freezer to cool it, down to -40ºC (-40F) or in the microwave to warm it, up to +110ºC (+230ºF). You can use Bapa WaterBag as a support while working.
