Smoky Grilled Chicken Thighs on the Masterbuilt 400 Series


NGREDIENTS 8 bone-in chicken thighs EVO Favorite Seasoning (garlic) Suggested Wood Chips: Apple INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cover bone-in chicken thighs in EVO and generously coat with your favorite seasoning. 2. Place skin-side down on the smoker rack. 3. Place rack at the top of the MES 400 Series smoker on the 3rd level under the Grill + Finish Element accessory. 4. Place a drip pan underneath to help hold temperature and make cleanup a breeze. 5. Set Custom smoke to level 3 and turn the Grill + Finish Element accessory on High and grill for 25 minutes (70% done), flip, and finish for 20 more minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165-175F.
