It is not any less important; flexibility is essential to our overall health and wellness. When our joints cannot move through their full and natural range of motion, decreased mobility and pain is often the result. Maintaining flexibility does not require much time at all and can be achieved by performing quick stretch sessions throughout the day. Just like with the other components of fitness, success is achieved by doing a little bit on a consistent basis.
