How to Workout when You have to Keep Quiet

Whether you're in an apartment or someone is sleeping, it can be hard to workout and keep quiet. Strength moves are often naturally quiet, but cardio can be much more difficult. The key to raising your heart rate while being silent is staying light on your feet. At home strength workouts that are quiet are squats, lunges and push-ups, all great for full body exercises. When trying to raise your cardio at home and keeping quiet some exercises you can do are running in place, jumping jacks, and boxing moves (throw jabs and kicks). Stay light on your feet, and increase the speed to up intensity.
